Dr. Alexis Dietz, D.O. FAAP
Dr. Alexis Dietz, D.O. FAAP is a board certified pediatrician from North Port, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, followed by graduate school at the University of South Florida. She then attended medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, New York before returning to her home state to complete her pediatric residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
Throughout her journey, Dr. Dietz has worked in several pediatric clinics, and has implemented many quality improvement projects to optimize patient care. The doctor has witnessed first hand how brilliant physicians can become bogged down with red tape, leading to burnout, patient dissatisfaction, and a sterile factory-like office setting.
Dr. Dietz has set out to tackle these hard problems with a new practice model. One that will allow her to spend ample time with patients and families, getting to know them and bringing old-fashioned service and a small town feel to a larger city. She currently lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, 2 sons, and 2 golden retrievers.
